Inspired by a photo I first saw circulating Facebook, I tried my own version of a watermelon themed turtle bowl! It needs more fruit, so that the shell sits up a bit higher, but the overall concept worked out ok.

It's a special tool - I don't know what it's called - but it has like an inverted v that you push into the rind, or any object, and use it to make that notch. The eyes are just colored toothpickends. ;)
